Oh yes .... I am DEFINITELY enough!

The Heron obviously enjoys being stalked ... he was back again yesterday .... posing!

I am enough!

Definition of enough : occurring in such quantity, quality, or scope
so as to fully meet demands, needs, or expectations.
THIS meets ALL my expectations!
Oh yes .... I am DEFINITELY enough.
I think my family and friends would testify to that!
In fact, I think they’d probably say I’m MORE than enough
 .... sometimes TOO much so.

Just like my mountain goat friend Carol and her kangaroo dog Sam, I talk too much too.

Each day we face a bombardment of images and messages from the media, society and others telling us who we should be, how we should look, what we should say. We’re led to believe that we’re imperfect creatures ... inadequate in every way.

It’s a load of twaddle ...

I see it for real on the days that I work in the shop. So many women .... so many fears .... so many insecurities. The clothes they wear become a mantle and, when divested of that mantle, their insecurities and fears come to the surface. It’s enlightening and humbling to hear their stories.

The one common denominator however is the belief that if they were to lose weight .... or if they were to get fitter .... or if they were to change their appearance ..... they’d feel better about themselves and be happy. The reality is that most of these women are ALREADY gorgeous and have nothing wrong with their body shape. They don’t believe that though. Something somewhere has made them doubt themselves.

I wish they could SEE themselves through my eyes.

It’s in our VERY imperfections that we become the unique individuals that we are. Just imagine if we were all Mountain Goat Carols ... or .... heaven help us .... me! No-one else would get a word in edgeways if there were more than one of either of us around.

I can’t picture what our world would look like if there was more than one Kangaroo Sam
.... it would be covered in shredded toilet paper!!
Have log .... don' t need rugby ball!
We are meant to be imperfect in every facet of our being. That’s what makes us who we are.
Each of us, in our very own imperfect way,  is ..... ENOUGH.
