An AMAZING sun rise! |
I guess they'll be able to in the next few weeks as the sun is rising later and later in the day .... it was 7.21 before it poked it’s head over the horizon this morning. We’re not going to be able to wait at the view site or Glover Park for it much longer though as it’s cutting into our time to walk back down to the village and grab our caffeine fix before Julia heads for work.
Logs, logs and more logs .... |
.... that we HAVE to bury! |
There’s no guarantee either that when the wire is removed she’ll be able to feed herself. She’s been tube-fed now for 5 weeks .... it’ll be 7 weeks by the time the wire’s removed .... so will have to relearn how to move her jaw and eat. The news just gets better and better .... and as for the financial damage of this little escapade ... let’s not even go down there - it’s quite horrendous!
Catching all the water droplets! |
The Chocolat Express is soon to gain a new passenger! When I said the right hound would come along for Carol, I never expected it to happen QUITE so quickly. Carol has been trawling the internet looking for suitable hounds .... and she FOUND one!!!
Sam the Man .... from Aussie land .... is joining the Lahood family ... how exciting is that! He’s all of 8 months old and he’s BIG ... I think he might even be bigger than the hound .... and she’s 3 years old!
Alfie ... the Papillon |
... and you got it .... ANOTHER log! |
Now THIS is evil!! |
She's got hold of a tiny little branch and is carrying it sideways. |
Much to Pete’s dismay she’s planning on getting him a green collar .... cause he’s an Aussie hound .... and a Wallabies rugby ball. I can just SEE the consternation we’re going to cause in the waves!
Right mom ... now that I've chased all the seagulls off the rocks, can I have the treats now? |
Reflections .... |
... and more reflections ... |
.... and YET more! |
